Our products are shipped by Royal Mail and are 100% traceable.
Please return items within 14 working days after purchase.
Refunds are subject to all items being returned not worn and in original packaging. Please see return/exchange policy below.
Please email us the reason for your return, and the return address for confirmation.
When returning items, it will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping costs.
Returns should be processed within 10 days on receipt of returns.

Return & Exchange Policy
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return any items, providing they are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. All items should be returned with their original tags. There are no returns on special or personalised requested orders.
Damaged, worn, washed or altered items or anything that we believe has been used will NOT be accepted and will be rightfully returned back to you. This includes any items returned outside of the 14 day returns period.
Whilst your return parcel is in transit, it is your responsibility. We recommend that you return the parcel using a tracked or signed for service, ensuring that we receive the parcel safely. We currently do not offer a free return postage.
Exchanges are only applicable to UK customers. International customers will be required to place a new order and send back the original items for a refund.
We ask that you allow up to 10 working days for your exchange to be processed. Please note that we can only send out your new exchange item once we have received the unwanted item back.
Refunds will be processed once it has been received, this can take up to 5 working days. Please allow the following time for the funds to show in your account.
Debit card refunds can take up 5 working days
Credit card refunds usually show within 10 working days however it may take considerably longer, depending on your provider
Paypal refunds can take up to 3 working days
